Who runs this site
alexmelen.com is the personal website of Alex Melen, co-founder of SmartSites. It is hosted on a server operated by T35 Hosting in the United States. Questions about this policy can go to alex@smartsites.com.
What the contact form collects
When you send a message through the contact page, the form sends your name, email address, and anything you type in the optional company, topic, event and message fields. It is delivered to Alex by email so that he or his team can reply. It is not added to a mailing list, sold, or shared with advertisers.
What the site does not do
The site does not use analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies, and fonts are served from this site rather than a third party. Embedded talk videos are not loaded until you press play; at that point the video is served from YouTube's privacy-enhanced domain (youtube-nocookie.com) and YouTube's own privacy policy applies.
Server logs
Like most web servers, ours keeps standard access logs (IP address, browser user agent, the page requested and the time) for security and troubleshooting. These logs are not used to profile visitors.
