The holiday season has traditionally been seen as a make-or-break time for many retailers. In fact, the tradition of Black Friday (the day after thanksgiving) is the day when retailers “went into the black” after a year of losses. This year is expected to be perhaps the most challenging holiday season in decades. This session will walk you through the data and forecasts along with strategies on how to be successful even in a global pandemic.
